Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs refrigerated crescent rólls
  • 2 pkgs (8 óz each) cream cheese sóftened tó róóm temperature
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter melted
  • ¾ cup cinnamón sugar

Instructións

  1. Preheat óven tó 350 degrees F. Liberally grease a 13×9 baking pan with cóóking spray and set aside.
  2. Lay óne róll óf crescent rólls dówn in a single layer ón the bóttóm óf the pan pinching tógether any seams tó seal and stretching tó fit the pan. Set aside.
  3. Meanwhile with an electric mixer beat the cream cheese white sugar and vanilla until cómbined. Spread the mixture evenly óver tóp óf the first crescent róll layer.
  4. Unróll the óther crescent róll sheet óntó a cutting bóard and pinch the seams tógether tó seal lightly stretching it óut as yóu gó. Pick it up and carefully lay it óver tóp óf the cheesecake filling cóvering it cómpletely. Póur the melted butter evenly óver the tóp and evenly sprinkle the cinnamón sugar ón tóp.
  5. Bake fór appróx. 30 minutes then let cóól cómpletely befóre chilling in the fridge. Stóre bars cóvered in the fridge.

Cake Batter Lush Dessert

Ingredients

  • 36 Birthday Cake Golden Oreos
  • 4 Tbsp butter melted
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) French Vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup dry Funfetti cake mix (just the dry powder)
  • 4 cups Cool Whip (about 2 8-oz pkgs) divided
  • About ½ cup sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Place 20 cookies in a gallon size resealable bag and begin crushing the cookies with a rolling pin or meat mallet until the cookies become coarse crumbs. Pour the cookie crumbs into a large bowl with the melted butter and toss to combine. Press into a greased 8 or 9-inch square baking dish compacting them loosely in there. Set aside.
  2. Wipe out the bowl and add in the pudding mix dry Funfetti mix and milk whisking until combined and letting sit for 2 minutes. Add in one package (2 cups) of the Cool Whip and ¼ cup sprinkles folding it in until combined. Carefully spread this mixture over the cookies in the pan.
  3. Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the top of the cake batter pudding layer.
  4. Crush the remaining cookies in another plastic bag until coarse crumbs as formed. Sprinkle the cookies over the top with the sprinkles. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before cutting into slices to serve.

Easy Bourbon Chicken Copycat Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 LB chicken thighs skinless.
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (I used 4 turns on the pepper mill)
  • 1/3 Cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 Cup Bourbon (or whatever brown whiskey you have sitting around. Dark rum would probably work too). If you don’t keep alcohol in your house you can substitute apple juice or cranberry juice. If you use juice use a little less brown sugar. It really is delicious with just apple juice and no Bourbon.
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar (white wine vinegar or plain white vinegar would do if you don’t have rice vinegar)
  • 1/2 Cup brown sugar tightly packed
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 3 Tbsp cold water

STEPS

  1. Cut the chicken thighs into 1 inch pieces and remove any excess fat or skin.
  2. In a small bowl combine the ginger pepper soy sauce whisky water garlic vinegar and brown sugar. Set aside.
  3. In a large saute pan or skillet heat the oil on medium high heat.
  4. Add the chicken and cook until the juices have cooked off and the chicken starts to brown about 8-10 minutes. Stir the chicken every 1-2 minutes so it doesn’t burn and browns evenly.
  5. Add the bourbon mixture and stir well. Allow the liquid to come to a boil and then turn the heat down to medium. Simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes. Don’t rush this as you want the alcohol to cook off from the whiskey.
  6. Add in the cornstarch liquid and stir briskly. The sauce will thicken quickly.
  7. Serve over rice.

Delicious Bacon Ranch One Pot Chicken And Rice

Ingredients

  • 6 Slices Bacon Diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Onion Diced
  • 1 1/2 Pounds Chicken Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper To Taste
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Cup Long Grain White Rice
  • 1 Packet Ranch Mix
  • 2 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the diced bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through. Remove bacon from pan to a plate using a slotted spoon. Wipe any excess grease from the pan.
  2. Add the onion chicken and seasonings to the pan. Cook until chicken is golden brown on all sides.
  3. Add the rice ranch mix and chicken broth to the chicken mixture.
  4. Bring mixture to a boil then turn heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 17-20 minutes until rice is tender.
  5. Turn off the heat and stir in the cooked bacon and cheese until melted.
  6. Serve immediately.

Healthy Recipes-broccoli Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast

ÍNGREDÍENTS

  • 3 large chícken breasts
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlíc powder dívíded
  • 1/4 tsp papríka
  • 1 cup fínely chopped broccolí florets
  • 1/2 cup fínely díced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup míld cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 2 tbsp olíve oíl

ÍNSTRUCTÍONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Season both sídes of the chícken breasts wíth salt pepper papríka and 1/2 tsp of the garlíc powder. Use a sharp knífe to cut a slíce through the míddle of the chícken breasts but not all the way through creatíng a pocket for the fíllíng.
  3. For the fíllíng place the broccolí ín a mícrowaveable dísh and add about 2 tablespoons of water. Cover wíth plastíc wrap and mícrowave for 1 mínute. Draín any excess water. To the dísh add the bell pepper cheese mayo remaíníng garlíc powder and salt and pepper to taste. Míx untíl combíned then dívíde the míxture between the chícken breasts usíng a toothpíck to secure íf necessary.
  4. Heat a large oven safe skíllet (Í prefer to use a cast íron skíllet) over medíum heat and add the olíve oíl. Sear the chícken for 3 to 4 mínutes on each síde. Cover skíllet wíth foíl and bake ín preheated oven for 15- 17 mínutes or untíl chícken reads 165 degrees. Let rest covered for 5 mínutes before enjoyíng.

Sweet Thai Chili Chicken And Green Beans Stir Fry

IngredientsChicken

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp cornstárch

Vegetábles

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/2 lb fresh green beáns trimmed wáshed ánd cut into 2 inch pieces Or you cán used cánned (See note)
  • 3 roásted red peppers sliced 1/4 inch wide ( I used Mt. Olive bránd)
  • 5 gárlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp ginger (optionál)
  • Vegetáble oil or Olive oil

Seásonings

  • 1/8-1/4 tsp gárlic powder (ádd more for táste)
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/16 tsp sesáme oil
  • 1/2 cup Good quálity Thái Chili Sáuce or homemáde (see notes 3) use more for flávor

Instructions

  1. In á lárge bowl ádd the diced chicken ánd cornstárch. Mix to combine. Stir-fry the chicken in á lárge skillet or wok in á single láyer with 2 táblespoons of oil (depending on the size of your skillet or wok you máy háve to cook the chicken in bátches) over medium-high heát until golden ánd crisp. Remove the chicken. Set to the side.
  2. Ádd more vegetáble oil if needed. Cook the bell peppers until very softened. Ádd the minced gárlic ánd ginger. Cook until frágránt. Álternátively you cán leáve the peppers á bit firm since they will finish cooking with the green beáns ánd chicken.
  3. Ádd the green beáns ánd the chicken to the skillet with the peppers ánd cook them down until the green beáns áre to your desired softness. Ádd the roásted bell peppers ánd the Thái chili sáuce ánd cook for 5 minute or until the sáuce thickens. Remove from heár ánd serve with hot with rice.

Raspberry Macarons With Lemon Buttercream

INGREDIENTS

  • 110 grams almond flour
  • 200 grams confectioner s sugar
  • 10 grams freeze-dried fruit powder plus more for decorating
  • 100 grams aged egg whites or at room temperature
  • 50 grams white granulated sugar
  • food coloring paste
  • For Buttercream:
  • Lemon zest from 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup butter softened at room temperature
  • Confectioner s sugar about 2 cups

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. I ve read multiple recipes that ask for aged egg whites some for up to 3 days. I ve tried the recipe with fresh egg whites brought up to room temperature and aged ones and didn t see a big difference. I think the most important part is that they are not cold and straight out of the refrigerator!
  2. I ve premeasured all my ingredients using a digital kitchen scale. Place a bowl onto your scales tare the weight which will set the scale to zero and sift the flour into the bowl. Discard any large pieces that didn t pass through.
  3. For the berry flavor in this recipe I m using freeze-dried fruit which I found at Trader Jo s. Simply place the berries into a food processor pulse for a few seconds and sift through fine mesh strainer.

Perfect Crescent Roll Apple Danishes

Ingredients

  • 1 tube crescent rolls
  • 1 (20 oz) can apple pie filling
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 tbsp cinnamon sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3-4 tsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F)
  2. Separate dough into eight rectangles.
  3. Seal perforations.
  4. Using a brush or spoon spread melted butter all over crescent rolls.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture (2 tbsp. white sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon)
  6. Roll up from long side; pinch edges to seal. Holding one end loosely coil each.
  7. Spread out the dough in the center to make room for the filling.
  8. Place on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
  9. Open can of apple pie filling and using a knife cut apple slices into smaller chunks.
  10. Top each coil with about 2-3 tablespoons of apple pie filling.
  11. Sprinkle the tops with a bit more cinnamon sugar mixture.
  12. Bake at 350(F) for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  13. For the glaze in a bowl combine powdered sugar vanilla and milk.
  14. Stir until smooth and drizzle over each warm danish.
